What Causes Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

hello......my wife is trying to be pregnant from about 1 yr.....but couldn't make it till now.....my wife is having irregular menstrual period....we have seen most of the doctors....and also did all medical testes prescribed by the doctors....none of us have any problem.....Can you please suggest any best gynacologist in bangladesh?????or shall i try for INDIA?
