What Causes Irregular Menstruation After Taking Monofer?

i am 18 years female i am not getting my period from August (had in january which breaks the pace) and I do daily masturbation 2 times a night (one after two with 10-20 mins gap) irregularity occurs just after I got a drip of MONOFER (IRON 10 INJECTIONS) and i am suffering till now.. please guide me and tell me will any lady doctor get it that I do masturbation ? (i dont use any toy or something its jist clitoral stimulation)
