What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Acne On Face?

Hi I am Rajeswari, 28 years old. From my child hood my face is pimple free and clear. I got married 1and half year back.before marriage my menstrual cycle is so perfect.Later, it got changed. There is no consistency of days gap between the cycle. 6 months back, I didn t get my cycle for more than 2 months. From that time pimples started to come on my face. It increased a lot.now it is spreading to my neck and back also.I tried different creams like erytop, clindac a, clindamycin phosphate USP, so many natural tips. I tired of using everything. As long as I am using it, it is little bit better. If I stop, that s it again increases. Two months back, I came to UK from India.before I started to UK, doctor prescribed me 30 Azee 500 pills daily one and zyclin ointment twice.now I used 10 tablets.pimples are some what better. Please suggest me what needs to be done. Is there any way we can correct this? Is this because of harmonical changes...is it not be controlled? Please suggest.do I need to continue the tablets.
