What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Lumps In Armpit?

Hi, i m 23years old and a virgin. I have irregular periods often but i m worried this time because I haven t seen my period since 1st of January. I had about 6 lymph nodes under my armpit which shrunk but now I have three new ones. I skip my period a month but never two. Should I be worried?
