What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Vomiting Post Tubal Ligation?

Hi i had a 2 day period last month and i have been throwing up off and on since dec 23rd. Increase appetite and tired alot. Could i be pregnant if tubes are tied and im having some symptoms of being pregnant but negative home pregnancy test. Im not sure whats going on with me. My appetite has seriously changed i dont eat much and seem to be eating more now
