What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post Kidney Stone Removal?

Hi doctor, I am a student. last month i got my period on 16th feburary.. this month no sign of period. few week earlier i got cured from kidney stone disease. is it normal to missed the period ? or there is something to worry about? i always had regular periods.. never missed one. this is first time and am worrying.
