What Causes Irregular Menstruation, Soreness Of Breasts With Vaginal Discharge?

My breasts have been very sore for a couple weeks, I have pink discharge and my nipples are sensitive. There has been some growth in my breasts as well. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I have been on implanon for two years now and havent had a period for about 2 and a half (due to depo and switching to implanon. Im not sure what the problem is
Can you give some i sight?
