What Causes Irregular Menstruation, Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pains?

Hi, recently I have put on some weight and noticed my irregular period due to having a child 9 months ago hasn't come along. I have symptoms like leaky boobs white, clear and yellow liquid. Brown and clear discharge and bad abdominal pains. Please help, all test come back negative. am I pregnant??
