What Causes Irregular Menstruation With Spotting?

Hi, I was supposed to have my menstruel last month but I didn t have it yet. I thought maybe I could ve been pregnant so I went ahead and took a pregnancy test. I wasn t pregnant. Now when I urine and I wipe myself sometimes there may be light pink blood. It s not painful and nothing hurts on me. What can possibly be wrong?
