What Causes Irregular Menstruation?

Hello im having a problem with missing my period for a month and a half now i had a little spotting for one day within this time frame and now nothing at all i have my tubes clamped they have been clamped for 3 years now and i have taken 4 at home pregnancy test all turning up negative is there any other reasons as to why it is not coming?
