What Causes Irregular Menstruation?

i did not have menstruation last six months or i had this irregulation for last three years. what can i do?or what is happening with me?my weight is same as earlier, breast and eating habbit also same.i eat huge amount of vagitable and i am over weight. i do exercise and can not do it regularly. so can you suggest what can i do?
