What Causes Irregular Period And Lower Abdominal Pain?

hello. I am a 28 year old female. I have always had a very irregular cycle and in the past two years it has become increasingle worse. I have never been pregnant. In the last two days I have had pretty bad cramping in my lower right abdomon leading to my right groin area. This does not feel like regular cramps.
