What Causes Irregular Periods After D & C?

hi. i am 26 yrs old. i got D & C done in the month of july. i got my periods 32 days aftr D & C. I am under birth control pills since the D & C was done and also ebexid aftr i got my first periods. Day before yday i got my wisdom teeth extracted as i had cavity. Antibiotics(novaclox) and pain killer was given. the next day i got my teeth extracted i got my periods(it was just 19th day aftr my previous periods). Is there anything to worry since i got periods so early or is it due to the antibiotics given? Has the mixture of medicenes changed my body cycle? I am very much worried. Plz clarify my doubt
