What Causes Irregular Periods After Having Intercourse?

Hello,i am lily and am 33yrs old,have been married for eight months now and not pregnant yet. I have irregular mensuration . Nov 16 2014, Dec 16 2014, jan 12 2014, feb 9th 2014, march 9th 2014. Not just that,i had intercourse with my husband 3days after my flow stopped and i started seeing blood stains again. Pls i need ur help.
