What Causes Irregular Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

I had a sex after four days of my MC and I took unwanted 72. After 18 days I got MC abnormally, first days it bleeds a little but second day it stopped. Third day also. Can you please tell me whether I have a chance of pregnancy? Or it is usual with such pills?
