What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Bad Vaginal Odour?

Hey Iv been having irregular periods for over 5 years now and am worried and there s a funny smell in my Virgina area. . Recently I am getting spots on my face and my eyes go red in the night and also my cheeks go red to and rash form so my whole face itches. I have found blood when I go have a poo and it happened twice now. Am constantly needing the toilet to have a wee every half an hour. I am short of breathe and have pain in my chest at times. Also I am getting a little uncomftable near my kidney and it feels very heavy. I get full easily when I eat. In my kidney surroundings I can always hear popping sounds and I am concerend. . My underneath the tummy is always making noises. Can you help me please.
