What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Clear Vaginal Discharge?

Had both fallopian tubes removed. I have one child. But since having her my periods are very irregular and I m having a discharge some months but not positive std. What could be the reason for this? Also I had cancer cells frozen from my cervix. Could that be an affect?
