What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Severe Cramps In Lower Abdomen?

Hello..... I have a pcos and i have overactive thyroid im on 175mg a day. I havent had a period since feb But for last couple of days i would say a week or so at 1st i have had cramps in my tummy and now i have really painful nipples to the point wearing a bra all day n night has to be done. I am over wieght and i am on a diet but not a silly diet were i dnt eat its a balance diet x
