What Causes Irregular Periods And Frequent Urination?

Hi , I'm peeing a lot, very sleepy , and have had very weird Heart burn with everything I eat and drink also I've been having weird feelings and crapms I'm my abdomin , I had sex 8 day ago ,and now I feel weird ..... what could be going on ? I'm also having bleeding which I have had for about 3 weeks now I have very irregular periods and this is the first bleeding that I've witnessed since a year ago when my periods completely stoped it seems like the bleeding comes and goes through out the day I have blood when I whipe with tissue and right now at night there is nothing but clear/cream colored like discharge.
