What Causes Irregular Periods And Frequent Urination?

hi i am 37yrs old,93.5kg weight and height 5ft6in i have been married for 5yrs and was diagnoised for acute hyperthyroidism immediately after my marriage i just had total thyroidoctomy in feb , my peroid has always lasted 4days but this month it came earlier by two days and flowed for two days and has been spotting till date and i have frequent urination, breast tenderness and something big in my stomach is moving my doctor i have a fibroid of 6.95 by 6.54 cm while the transvaginal sonogram i did in march says the largest measured 2.8 by 2.2cms what is really happening to me is it that fibroid can grow this fast and with the stated symtoms and what should be my treatment plan currently am on thyrox 100mg daily and folwise 1daily
