What Causes Irregular Periods And Pain In Abdomen After A D & C?

i am a girl,age 29.i was 2 month pregnant.as we both dont want the baby.so i just had a D and C of my two month baby ON SUNDAY 6TH-MARCH-2011.my pregnancy was very healthy in two months.but after having the D AND C through SUCTION TUBE i am feeling hell weakness in my body ? my menses are not regular.my bleeding has stopped.i am really very much confused and upset.because of it there is a pain in my abdominal side and stomach.help me out as what should i do to make my menses regular??????
