What Causes Irregular Periods And Vaginal Itchiness?

Hi there, I ve been bleeding for probably just over or almost 2 months now.. My periods are irregular anyway so I thought that may be it. Some days heavier than others. Today there is no blood on my knickers but a little blood clot when I wipe. There is no itching or irritation either. Its really hard for me to get time off work but I would like to know if anyone can tell me what may be the problem please.
