What Causes Irregular Periods And Weight Loss After Having An Abortion?

Hi,I m 20 years old .I had an abortion exactly 1 year ago.I was 19 at the time.I went too a doctor and he prescribed ther abortion pill for me.I purchased it at a local pharmacy and the abortion was done at home.I did not go for a dnc or for a check up at the hospital.Ever since I have irregular periods.Just recently I missed a whole month.I also lost a lot of weight.please provide me with some advice
