What Causes Irregular Periods, Constipation And Hemorrhoids After Taking Birth Control Pill?

Hi, I have a series of issues going on. I stopped taking the birth control pill 6 months ago and I have had my period for 3 months. I have not had sex so it is not pregnancy. I experienced irregular periods before the pill, but not this irregular. I am 18 years old and I took the pill for 5 months and I realized it wasn t for me. I also experience bad constipation/dirherria and bloating, and hemorrhoids.
