I am a patient of PCOD and its right overy measures30#21#18mm (vol6.5cc)and
left overy measure22#19#14(vol4.0cc),I also face problem of irregular periods and iam bit overweight also, I want to know that if I start morning walk to shed few kilo will it work for pcod.Please guide me .
