What Causes Irregular Periods, Headaches And Bowel Problems?

I am a 30 year old women (almost 31) with history of miscarriages so when something changes I tend to become alarmed. My menstrual cycle recently changed, Jan I had my normal cycle then Feb had normal cycle, just a week and half later in March began another cycle. April began 28 days after March cycle then just a week later began bleeding and that continued for two weeks. I have been suffering from headaches becoming more frequent in the last few months... often everyday to every other day. Also, I have been experiencing bowel problems. There was a change in my exercise level 4 hours a week, Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Friday being workout days. No change in my diet and take a multi-vitamin. I have contacted my general family doctor and will be going on visit tomorrow. I am going to request a complete lab work up. Is there any questions that I should keep in mind while talking with the doctor?
