What Causes Irregular Periods With Anemia?

Hi there im worried about my cycle length it has increased from 32 to 40 plus. I did a hot which was negative I have had omg symptoms for a few days but no penetration. I suffer from anemia can this effect your cycle length and does it affect my fertility. Thank you.
