What Causes Irregular Periods With Breast Pain?

hello,

i myself is studying homeopathic correpondance course a pt has approached to me saying that the female pt is having thyroid problem having no period for 2 to 3 months having having this problem since 8 to 9 months but now she has heavy brests feeling and breast pain. this complete was during periods time also.she has irregular periods and no pregnency wil take place according to her family docter .pl advise if possible.
