What Causes Irregular Periods With Flesh Discharge?

hi, there i am 19years old and having irregular periods like every 34days to sometimes even 40days, i am getting worried as i think their might be something wrong with me also as i am on my period this moment of time i have been on for over 7days and am having lots of flesh well it looks like iot and am wondering what it can be? any suggestions and is their a need for me to be worried as i have 2liver transplants
