What Causes Irregular Periods With Headaches And Nausea Having Diagnosed With PCOS?

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS,But dont show all the usual symptoms:

I have irregular/or no menestral cycle.

No excessive body hair.Im not overweight, but I have a weight consistency problem, (im able to lose up to 20> kgs easily) Iam exhausted, have little or no appetite, have moderate- severe body pains (muscular/ joint) headaches, And extreme nausea. Iam finding it extremely difficult to manage.

Is there anything you could recommend?



I have had alot of different responses from GP's and am confused.



Anything that you could suggest would be a greatly appreciated !
