What Causes Irregular Periods With Prolonged Spotting And Cramps?

Please type your query here...Hello, i can't remember when i last had a period, they have been irregular for about 5 years now. the past 2 weeks i have been spotting, tired all the time (sometimes sleeping about 16 hours a day) lower back pain, stomach cramps and discharge. i am sure i was due on last Friday but this didn't happen, i have polycystic ovaries and a womb which jumps to the back and hides when i have internal ultra sounds so have been told i may never conceive..... can you please give me your opinion on this? last had sex 3 weeks ago... i am also getting excruitiating chest pains which travels through both shoulders and down my arms?? there is a history of ovarian cancer in the family! i am constipated a lot more than usual lately too.
