What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi, im a 19 year old girl that only has a menstural period every 5 months i have had multiple blood tests and pregnacy tests and the blood tests come back normal. and the pregnacy tests negative. can u tell me what is wrong with me? because no other doctor will.
