What Causes Irregular Periods?

Good evening, I am 22 year old female and have a bit of a problem with my body clock, since I started working as flight attendant two months ago. Never had any significant irregularities in my menstrual cycle, however this month I have been bleeding for past 11 days. Could you advice?
