What Causes Irregular Periods?

hello ,i m 22 years old i have irregular periods,i have concerned gyn but previously my report was normal,but now my both ovaries are lild heavy,& my stomach is also incrasing,is all this related,my ESR is 52,hemoglobin is 12.2.kinldy advice something
