What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi, I am having irregular periods fromthe time i metured. iam 25 yrs old and married one and half year ago. i did nt get my periods from the past 2 months so i consulted a doctor who said to go for some tests. she said i am having PCOS disorder. she gave Regestron capsule for 3 days 3 times a day and also Macvit capsule for 10days one per day. It is almost 8 days i took the course still i didnt get my periods. can u pls suggest a solution?
