What Causes Irregular Periods?

hello today my boyfriend and I were having sex, however we did not "finish" and when he pulled out I noticed some cottage cheese like substance half way down his penis. I had used some of that 3 day vaginal lubricant because where I am a gymnast and only 95 pounds I don't have regular periods and stuff. Was this from me or him?
