What Causes Irregular Periods?

hey , i havent had my period this month and i dont eat like i use to and i been tired lately also yesterday i started having a little of brownish spot everytime i go to the bathroom and wiped my self and today i started having cramps and still having brownish spot and i been going to the bathroom a lot today and yesterday .
