What Causes Irritability And Sleeping Difficulty After Starting Vistaril?

I just weaned off of zolaft and onto Vistril for my anxiety and PTSD and I've been taking it for just 3 days now, I've been experiencing extreme irritability, trouble falling asleep, I'm constantly exhausted, and the really weird one is that my skin hurts to touch. Is this normal, will it go away, and should I call my psychiatrist about these side effects?
