What Causes Irritation After Giving Birth To A Child?

I wife has a little mental disturb. Sometimes she

gets angry on me or my little child. She has some stree for her maternal house. Her brother is a mental patient But I think she is normal.She takes some medicine before marriage.

After giving birth her child, she often irritted. please give me suggestion
