What Causes Irritation And Burning At The Tip Of Penis?

i went for a run earlier in loose boxers and now i have an irritation on the very tip of my penis and when i urinated it burned at the very beginning. Whenever i step it is really uncomfortable just wondering if it is just irritation and what i can do about it?
