What Causes Irritation And Itchiness In Elbow?

I ve been having these irritations in the inner part of my elbow for the last 13 years. When it first appeared, I was 8 years old and it also appeared behind my knees and on my neck. For the last 5 years it appears only inside the elbows. Until last year, the irritations came out in May and stayed until September. Sweating made them worse, heat also. I ve tried numerous creams, most of them prescribed by dermatologists. I ve visited a dozen of them so far. This year however, the irritations didn t go away. It s winted time and they re still there. I dont know what to, they are so itchy that I scratch myself subconsciously during sleep without to a bleeding point. So far, I have been described with allergy, eczema, atopic skin, dry skin and many more similar terms for skin conditions. Antihistamines really helped when I had them for 2 seasons only during the months I ve mentioned above, but I do not wish to take pills every time I have this thing. They make me sleepy and I can t drive, work or even have a pint of beer with friends. I haven t got a single clue. Can you guide me ?
