What Causes Irritation And Pain In Vagina And Clitoris?

hi dictor im 21 yrs old n from past 4 days there is some kind of irritation n redness n pain in my vaginal area including clit part also. it pains when i touch it.. as if i think it resemble to me as my upper skin is not ther.. soo what is it n what do i do
