hi I had unprotected sex with a girl and oral sex and at the end of it everything was fine then about a day or so later my penis was irritated on the inside of the tip when I pulled back lips of my penis it was kind of purple insensitive tingles a little when I urinate the pain isn t bad it s been 5 days I m wondering what you think it is please.
