What Causes Irritation In Children After Having Antibiotics For Enlarged Tonsils?

Hi doctor my child is 4 years old always seems to be running, restlessness, always in hurry,hits kids sometimes, manner picking natured, under speech therapy since 1 year now able to communicate partially, poor eye contact , had enlarged thonsils and adenoids reason for speech delay , thumb sucking , (sis hyper active at 3 but now good in studies I managed with out medicine ), my son seems to be more irritated after using antibiotics.suggested half tab of attera 10 mg at 8 pm
