What Causes Itchiness All Over The Body And Heartburn?

I am itchy all over, severe heartburn, orange urine and dizzy. These symptoms started 3 days ago. I had started taking Voltaren last week for arthritis in knees, but stopped on Thursday night. Symptoms continue and dizziness just started this am. Do you think this is med side effect or something else?

I am 56 years old, 67inches tall and weigh 215lbs. I am on HRT and have been for 4 years.
