What Causes Itchiness And Bleeding In The Genital Area?

The area between my anus and balls is really irritated and usually itches, however, it also bleeds a lil after going to the bathroom... probably from the skin cracking. Is there anything I can treat it with that will make this go away. Im 20 years old.
