What Causes Itchiness And Dryness Around Ear Along With Itchy Dry Eyelids?

I have itchiness and dryness of my outer ear. It scabs over and sometimes bleeds. When I push on the outer ear there is pain and I also have swollen glands on that side. I also have itchy, burning, dry eyelids. Can the two be related? Who should I see?
