What Causes Itchiness And Fluid Filled Blisters On Vagina After Shaving?

I shaved my vagina using an old razor a week ago and yesterday noticed what looks like ulcers on my clit and labia s. I had unprotected sex a week ago too. I m concerned it could be herpes but the spots don t look like fluid filled blisters more like little holes in my skin they are also extremely itchy. I run every day so am in tight sweaty gym trousers so could this have caused some kind of skin infection that has caused these ulcers?
