What Causes Itchiness And Metallic Odor From Vaginal Discharge?

I've had a vaginal discharge for 3 yrs that causes itchiness and has a metallic/bleach like odor. I've been tested for bv, yeast infections & stds. All tests have come back negative. I also started haviing acne on my cheeks since the last 2 yrs when I've never had it before. Is this related to the discharge ? And what could the discharge be?
