What Causes Itchiness And Pain On Left Leg?

Hi I have this itching, painful thing going on my left leg. some doctors have told me that I intend to scratch when I m anxious, nervous, stressed, depressed. I have been dealing with it since I was a teenager. now I m54 years old and found out I m diabetic and very very scared. I need help. another doctor told me I have eczema. Now and then when it gets infected I get these little pimple with puss. and it is so painful. I have pictures if I may send to u. please help me.
